Freddie Vazquez Jr is an international athlete and equestrian professional who represents Puerto Rico as an international grand prix show jumping athlete and trainer. Freddie has over 30 years of experience in the equestrian space and has represented Puerto Rico in a variety of circuits over the course of his career such as the 2018 Central American and Caribbean Games and the 2019 Pan Am Games. Most recently, Freddie Vazquez JR participated in the 2022 FEI World Equestrian Games.

Freddie Vazquez founded Messenger Hill Farm based outside of Chicago in Mettawa, IL alongside his wife Jodi Vazquez. With the expertise of Freddie’s FEI level showjumping experience and Jodi’s AA Championship hunter ring experience, the farm has since grown into a successful equestrian training provider focused on the growth of riders across disciplines.
